Warbirds Over Denver celebrates honor and respect to those who fought for our country flying Warbird aircraft.
This event is a "fun fly" of military aircraft reproductions from World War I to the present. Aircraft include World War I bi-planes, mini World War II fighters and bombers, and 200 mph turbine-powered jet models from Desert Storm. Many of these reproductions took over 1000 hours to build and some with costs exceeding $20,000.
This premier event is expected to draw more than 150 replica aircraft and over 75 AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) qualified pilots from around the U.S.
Event admission is FREE, Chatfield State Park admission is $7 per car/day or have a State Park Annual pass.
